Sydney’s mom was searching for senior photos in Howell, came across my website, and decided to give me a call. We had a great chat, and decided to move forward with scheduling a senior photo session for Sydney. She already had an idea of what they were envisioning.
“I want pictures with a field of wild flowers and maybe some city pics in downtown Howell.”
She was worried it was too tall of a request to get both nature and city pictures both, but it’s actually one of my most requested combos! What’s better than lots of variety, right? I already had the perfect spot in mind that would closely fit both of her requests, and would allow us to get both looks easily! Buildings and city backgrounds, and also a beautiful garden, lots of flowers, and nature…check!
We met up on a late July evening. With summer in full swing and the fields and gardens at their peak of bloom, the session couldn’t have resulted in prettier senior pictures! We captured the perfect mix of looks!

What is your biggest pet peeve and why? chewing gum loud and when people can’t drive
How have you changed since your freshman year? honestly i haven’t really. i still have all the same friends
When you look back on this school in later years, what will you remember most? how weird some of the kids were, and that there was no windows, and stink bombs in the commons
Describe your most embarrassing moment. probably sending the wrong snapchat or text message to someone
What is your greatest fear and have you ever tried to face it? spiders… one in my basement
Do you have any bad habits that you simply refuse to change? biting my nails
If you had an extra $100 to spend, what would you buy? probably gas and clothes

What would be the first thing you would do if you ruled the world? make sure people really know how to drive before they receive their license
What dreams do you have for the world of tomorrow? climate change and for people to stop ruining the earth
