Victoria’s mother and I ended the session with a hug, and it felt so…final. I’d worked with their wonderful family since 2013, photographing each of their three daughters’ senior photo sessions as they each graduated from high school. Victoria is the youngest, so when her session ended, we knew it would be the last. I was going to miss being this wonderful family’s senior photographer.
We’d planned Victoria’s senior photo session in the peak of fall, so we could capture the rich and vibrant colors of autumn. Just as her sisters before her, we used a nature park and garden for her Ann Arbor senior photos, which offered a huge variety of backgrounds. We used beautiful fields, aglow with oranges and yellows, and gardens with colorful flowers that were still in full bloom. Victoria’s outfits went perfectly with the backgrounds we’d chosen, and I couldn’t be happier to deliver her gallery of senior photos to her!

been an only child lately

What’s your favorite school subject? AP Art History
What’s your least favorite subject? AP Literature
If you watch television, what show do you like? Parks and Recreation,
Gilmore Girls
What is your favorite book? Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro
What are your hobbies and interests? I really like Broadway musicals and
participating in the show at my school. I’m also in marching band and on
the debate team
Where have you traveled? What places have been your favorites? I love New
York City, Quebec City, and Acadia National Park
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go, and why?
Iceland for great hiking.
Do you have college plans? My top choices are Northwestern, Notre Dame, and U of M
for chemical engineering.
What do you plan on doing for your profession in the future? I hope to work
in pharmaceutical research.
